Amellian Styles is not liable or responsible for misdelivered packages or an incorrect shipping address, when the address information was entered incorrectly. We are not liable or responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is advisable to place your order far enough in advance to avoid unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.

Amellian Styles is not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, natural disasters, holidays, or carrier delays. 
If your package is misdelivered, as the recipient of the package, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days, this may vary depending on location.

Pick-Ups

Local Pick-Ups will be scheduled after order is placed. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to receive your order. Must pick-up within three days of purchase. 

Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your order, we must receive an email requesting an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order. The merchandise must be unworn and in the original packaging to receive an exchange for equal or greater value. If the exchange request is not submitted within 48 hours, an exchange will no longer be a viable option. No refunds, exchanges only.
